In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cover a wide range of topics, including electrical systems, instrumentation, control systems, and automation. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that our training programs are aligned with the latest industry standards and best practices. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients and industry partners to develop customized training solutions that meet their specific needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver training programs in Electrical and Instrumentation technologies to a diverse range of audiences, including engineers, technicians, and professionals from various industries.
• Develop and update training materials, including manuals, workbooks, and multimedia presentations, to ensure that they are accurate, up-to-date, and engaging.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions using industry-standard tools and equipment, such as PLCs, SCADA systems, and DCS platforms.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that training programs are aligned with the latest industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and deliver customized training solutions for clients and industry partners, based on their specific needs and requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Electrical and Instrumentation technologies, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, to help them succeed in their careers and advance their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical and Instrumentation technologies, with a focus on training and development.
• Certification in Electrical and Instrumentation technologies, such as Certified Control System Technicians (CCST) or Certified Automation Professional (CAP), is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools and software, such as PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text), SCADA systems, and DCS platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse range of audiences.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including the use of multimedia and interactive learning tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and develop innovative training solutions.
