📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
• Host and manage live-streaming sessions to showcase products and interact with our audience in real-time.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously improve our online sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new e-commerce initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
• Experience with live-selling platforms such as Facebook Live, Instagram Live, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles and experience with tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse audience.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
