By leveraging tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams, you'll ensure our HR processes are efficient and aligned with our company's goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement employee wellbeing programs, including wellness initiatives and mental health support.
• Create and manage career development plans for employees, focusing on skill enhancement and professional growth.
• Conduct regular check-ins with employees to understand their needs and provide guidance on personal and career development.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and support employee retention.
• Use SAP SuccessFactors to manage employee data, performance reviews, and career development plans.
• Leverage Microsoft Teams to communicate with employees, schedule meetings, and share resources.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee wellbeing and career development.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and best practices in employee wellbeing and career development.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
