📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns that highlight J&T Express’ unique value proposition and drive brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with peers and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on the status of sales and marketing efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of the logistics and delivery industry, with a deep knowledge of J&T Express’ products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a results-driven mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
