📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of company assets, including equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of assets
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and resources
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for asset maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Conduct training and development programs for maintenance staff
- Provide regular reports on asset performance and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of facilities
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset maintenance and management
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or Maximo
- Certification in asset management or maintenance, such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
- Proven experience in managing maintenance budgets and resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
