📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of 3-5 BI analysts in developing and maintaining data models and dashboards.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
Design and implement BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
Create and maintain data visualizations and reports to support decision-making.
Monitor and optimize BI processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
Provide training and mentorship to team members on BI tools and best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Contribute to the development of data governance and data quality policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
Proven experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
Certifications in data analytics or BI tools are a plus.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
