CV Bukit Tirta is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow professionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and align programs with business objectives.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training participants.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to ensure they achieve their training goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.
