📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are ordered and stored properly.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure that all food preparation and cooking processes comply with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Possession of a valid food handler's permit.
