📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the insurance industry.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end sales solutions.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.,Mentor and coach junior sales team members to ensure they achieve their targets and develop their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or technology sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its regulatory environment.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with SaaS and Cloud Solutions is a plus.
