📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing and coaching a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales management.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with direct selling and sales techniques.
