Prime Silver Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the success of our culinary team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage and mentor the culinary and service staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor sales and profitability, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in restaurant audits and quality assurance processes.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is a plus.
