Source and attract potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates for each position.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including panel interviews and reference checks.,Make hiring recommendations based on candidate evaluations and feedback.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.,Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a medical or healthcare environment.,Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance with labor laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
