📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Maintain and update patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.,Assist in the management of patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and colleagues.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of patient education programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English for remote communication.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
