📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the company's standards and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen supplies.,Monitor food costs and implement strategies to control expenses.,Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of various cuisines and culinary techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
