📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements to regulatory bodies.,Provide financial advice and analysis to management to support decision-making.,Monitor and control company expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Coordinate with external auditors and financial advisors as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a managerial position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
