📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.,Troubleshoot and resolve project issues as they arise.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and project team members.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
