As a MEP Building Technician - General Affairs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your daily tasks will include inspecting, maintaining, and repairing MEP systems, as well as coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360, to enhance your technical skills and contribute to the success of our projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular maintenance schedules and troubleshoot system issues to prevent downtime and minimize disruptions.
• Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities to ensure all systems are functioning correctly before occupancy.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to protect the health and safety of our team and occupants.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a MEP Building Technician or similar role in the construction or facility management industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing MEP systems in high-profile projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including their installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid certification as a MEP Building Technician or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent is preferred.
