📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance of airport equipment, including baggage handling systems, aircraft ground support equipment, and other critical infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure the reliability and safety of airport equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures to optimize equipment performance and extend its lifespan.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and other maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the airport's technical teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the aviation or airport industry.
• Certification in aircraft maintenance, such as AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of airport equipment and systems, including baggage handling systems and aircraft ground support equipment.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
