ECHO Jaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance,Design and conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and technologies,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus
