The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and managing the front desk operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Manage and coordinate all front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.,Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.,Assist in training and supervising junior receptionists.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in English, both spoken and written.,Good knowledge of computer systems and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
