📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily cooking operations to ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Ensure proper inventory management and cost control.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations.,Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene protocols.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
