📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to employees, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and desktop computers.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software, including Windows, Linux, and various applications.
• Monitor and maintain network security, ensuring the protection of our data and systems.
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT systems.
• Provide technical documentation and support for our IT systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management frameworks is a plus.
