Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.,Provide training and support to other teams on technical writing best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development and technical concepts.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
