📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to meet production needs.Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and expenses.Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and negotiations.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to improve efficiency and cost savings.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2 days in office, 3 days remote).Knowledge of Indonesian market and business practices.Familiarity with English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
