📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.,Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production issues.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control measures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Support the team in achieving production targets and improving overall performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Proven track record of managing production processes effectively.,Strong understanding of quality control and safety standards.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote).,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
