PT Sentosa Kencana is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the best of both worlds.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in workforce planning and budgeting.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.,Proven track record of managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
