Space Town Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Depok, Jawa Barat. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various HR activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and surveys to gather feedback and improve employee satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is a plus.
