📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily construction operations and activities
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

- Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
- Proven track record of successful project management and execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Procore
- Strong understanding of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
