Apotek Intan Butik is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our food products, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This is a full-time position located in Blitar, Jawa Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety standards are met.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute food service strategies.,Monitor food costs and ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international food trends and preferences.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
