📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, utensils, and equipment.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and follow the established policies and procedures of the restaurant.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the F&B industry.
  • Promote a positive and friendly work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in a high-end or upscale restaurant is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
