📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet departmental and organizational needs.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and coordinate the recruitment process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and other team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of top talent.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
