📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily office operations,Manage and supervise a team of office staff,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures,Monitor and evaluate office performance metrics,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Handle office logistics and resource management,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Provide leadership and support to the office team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR and payroll management is a plus
