Global Root Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Deputy Nurse to join our healthcare team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing quality patient care and supporting the nursing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for patient well-being.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in providing direct patient care, including but not limited to, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.,Assist in the management of the nursing unit, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.,Promote a positive and supportive environment for both patients and staff.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.,Assist in the implementation of infection control and safety protocols.,Support the head nurse in the development and implementation of nursing care plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse or similar healthcare role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures.,Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Valid nursing license and certification (if required by local regulations).
