📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events, including menu planning, staff coordination, and venue setup.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of banquet areas, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.,Assist in the inventory management of banquet supplies and equipment.,Support the banquet manager in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Assist in the coordination of vendor and catering services for banquet events.,Monitor and report on banquet event metrics, such as guest satisfaction and event success.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of banquet service standards and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of banquet operations, including event planning, staff management, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.,Proficiency in using basic office software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and hygiene standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
