📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and mentor a team of construction workers, ensuring high levels of productivity and safety.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any quality or safety concerns.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure that all project milestones are met.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in construction management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Certification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites across Bali.
