📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
  • Manage and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
