📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Process payroll and ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.,Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to human resources.,Provide administrative support to the HR manager, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
