Operational Manager - Immediate

PT Property Fajar is looking for an experienced Operational Manager to join our team in Jambi. This is an immediate opportunity to lead and manage our day-to-day operations. Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the property management industry
• Strong understanding of property management software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
