📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of vessel operations, including navigation, cargo handling, and crew management.,Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and implement necessary measures to maintain a safe working environment.,Coordinate with port authorities, customs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth vessel operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to optimize operational efficiency.,Provide training and guidance to the crew to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate records of vessel performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.,Represent the company in negotiations and interactions with external parties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) or equivalent.,Proven experience in managing and leading a crew.,Strong knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with cargo handling procedures and equipment.,Good understanding of maritime safety and security procedures.
