PT Kusuma Raya is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stocking, ordering, and restocking products.,Support the Store Operator in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist in handling cash and other forms of payment.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Participate in store promotions and sales events.,Assist in maintaining accurate sales records and reports.,Follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.,Passionate about customer service and retail operations.
